Please set up some criteria for BIGs

I strongly suggest that there should be some criteria for adding BIGs. I understand that some countries are more or less flat but it doesn't mean some hills that can never be called a challenge to an average cyclist should be added. I'm talking about hills like few ones in Hungary for example. I think BIG should either be at least 10km long or at least 500m height difference. Maybe it should be some pionts minimum based on height and lenght. On the other side there is excellent ascents missing in Czech Republic like Dlouhe Strane. Just my 3 cents.
