Subscriptions Allgau 2009

The official annual meeting of 2009 will proceed in Germany, close to the Austrian border, in Allgau (Sonthofen). There are many members who already wished to go there. It is desirable pre-to be registered here to facilitate the choice of the accomodation and the amount of bookings since July 2 to 6 in the year 2009. De bijeenkomst van 2009 zal in Duitsland, dichtbij de Oostenrijkse grens, in Allgau plaatsvinden (Sonthofen). Vele leden hebben reeds er willen gaan. Die Versammlung von 2009 wird in Deutschland in der Nähe der österreichischen Grenze in Allgau (Sonthofen) stattfinden. Viele Mitglieder haben bereits gewünscht, dahin zu gehen. Just for the record nummer 26 Etienne Stef. Etienne is my last name. I now it's a bit early but is there a possibility that i can hitch-hike with somebody. I live in the neighborhood of Leuven

It's the good place to ask how to reduce the additional prices by common cars. We'll be some belgian members and we'll use to travel together.
let's wait some suggestions in this way

Marc Desender and I agree to rent busses of 9 places, with a truck behind to carry the bikes. If some of the belgian or dutch are interested in, one can organize it with a departure in Holland or Belgium. And 2 busses if 18 persons are also possible. Who is interested in joining ? It's a good way to divide the prices
