Sverlovsk --> Pereval Beloretski (critère/criteria 4)
Sverlovsk has only a touristic criteria (border Europe-Asia) and this border is not in sverlovsk (Ekaterimbourg) but 40km away. Those 40 km gives only 200m difference of level, with a kind of eternal toboggan. No slope, no real top.
Valery Komotchkov, president of a great russian cycletouring association, answered us abour Russian climbs by giving a good one in Ural. He wrote :
"Pereval Zilmerdak (Beloretsky) is the road Oufa-Beloretsk-Magnitogorsk: versant Beliretsk Pied/Foot : Usmangali : 253m - Top : 723m (470m /15km)
and side Oufa . Pied/Foot : Terekly : 154m - Top : 723m (569m / 42km)
