| Following the news that claims 866-875 are now open for all climbs in the map below, one thing is still unclear: -If you climb a 500m+ mountain in one of the "-stans" (Kazakh-, Uzbeki-, Turkmeni-, Tajiki and Kyrgyzstan), are you free to choose if you claim it as a 866-875 claim or as a 961-970 claim (zone 12 Asia)? Same for Asian part of Russia (east of Ural). | |
