Col des Arces

Hello,

We have been riding col des Arces (BIG number 270) from the North side (together with 8 other BIG's) last week.

It turnes out that the profile that is shown on the website of BIG is not very realistic.
The website shows a descend after 4-5 km, but the descend is only in the very last part of the climb.
After reaching the highest point (after 14 km) at a height of 1160m you descend very fast 2 km at 9 and 7%.
After that you climb again to a height of 1162 m.

I made a track from this climb and can also produce a height-distance table.
But how should I continue, how can this correct information be included in the BIG website?

If anybody knows please let me know.
